During World War II, the Allies fired an average of 25,000 bullets for each enemy soldier they killed. In Korea, it took 50,000 rounds for each dead enemy. By Vietnam, American GIs were burning up in excess of 200,000 bullets to get a single body count. But according to statistics, to kill an enemy, a trained sniper fires 1.3 bullets. Each hour of SNIPERS will focus on a particular hair-raising story of the men and women who have taken on this solitary war making them the "most hated men on the battlefield."
